  • Describe how the mission & goals of a community based participatory research entity like WE-CARE assists in advancing smoking cessation efforts & other health prevention efforts in underrepresented populations.
  • Demonstrate how WE-CARE closes the gap of healthcare disparities in underrepresented populations through leveraging community connections in the social, civic, faith-based sectors of the community.
  • Describe activities that demonstrate the successful efforts of WE-CARE bridging the gap between researchers & the community & improving healthcare in & for under-served & underrepresented communities.
